What this policy covers
How we collect and use information on this website. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, such as our pages on LinkedIn or YouTube.
Information you send us
When you contact us through our enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: name, email, inquiry type, phone, country, company name, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
When you submit an enquiry we also receive information about how you found our site, including the search or advertising source that brought you here and the pages you visited before contacting us. This helps us understand which of our marketing works.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It collects: pages viewed, approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as button clicks. This data is processed by Google. Google Analytics only uses cookies if you allow it through our cookie preferences; for visitors in the EU/UK it is limited to anonymous measurements unless you accept.
Cookies and your choices
A consent banner lets you accept, reject, or customise cookie categories. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” control in the footer of every page.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that operate this site: Google (analytics), our email delivery provider, and Cloudflare (hosting). We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years after our last contact, so we can assist with follow-up questions and orders. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie Settings. To exercise these rights, use our Contact page. Visitors in the EU/UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
